I (heart) U

I've been away too long and it's so wonderful to be playing with my papers once again.  Life gets too busy sometimes without a moment to steal away.  Over the past couple weeks we've celebrated a birthday, attended volleyball clinics, made gifts for friends (shhhh) and enjoyed other family distractions.  I never tire taking my dears here and there ... watching them play with friends, challenge themselves with new adventures and achieve their goals.  I realize now that rock climbing is something for the young and brave at heart.

I am in LOVE with our new products in the Occasions Mini catalog.  There's a link on the left so you can see for yourself.  Here I inked up Sweet Cake in Real Red ink.  A bit of Dazzling Diamonds glitter and a heart (Small Heart Punch and Red Glimmer Paper) on top makes this cupcake "oh so sweet".



Red Satin Ribbon with Bakers Twine and a button is the perfect embellishment.  Be sure to add a heart shaped tag with a mini pearl for your Valentine.

    It's wonderful to have you back! Sounds like you've had a nice break with those you hold dear! I am totally smitten with this card Joanne! I love polka dots (the sweetest!) and this ribbon is amazing. What a fun little cupcake this is. As always you've added all of the right finishing touches!

    What a gorgeous card.. I LOVE those papers. You have to take the time to enjoy your family. It sometimes a balancing act. But well worth it..

    It IS sweet to get to play with our pretty papers again, isn't it, Joanne? This card turned out wonderful! The red looks so pretty, and I really love your layout!! A friend loaned me her idea book...I am so inspired by it! Love all the colors and love how they are taking on such a pretty vintage feel! Looking forward to your next creation!!

    Joanne this is priceless. You have a wonderful and unique style and It's always lovely to be here. This card made my jaw drop. Romantic, feminine ( and you can never go wrong with a cupcake:)...) and perfect for Valentine's day!
